Ahead of her appearances in London as part of her 2015 European tour, Swing Patrol took Swing dancing legend Norma Miller to Manchester where she was interviewed by Louise Minchin and Bill Turnbull on BBC Breakfast, discussing “the beat”, Harlem and what makes a good dancer.
