Scott Cupit on the Plinth

A highlight of Swing Patrol’s first year in London was the hour Scott Cupit spent on the Plinth in Trafalgar Square. Usually home to statues and sculptures, the plinth was a stage for more than 2,000 “living statues” who have one hour each to do whatever they like. Hundreds of dancers turned out to dance below Scott in the square creating quite the spectacle for the passers by. The Evening Standard named our hour as one of the top 10 out of 2400 hours.
