Have you taken a bunch of beginner lessons and started to socially dance? Are you itching to take your dance further? This course is for you!

Building up on your Lindy Hop foundations, this course will delve deeper into the technicalities of dancing – such as pulse, groove, posture, body tension, stretch/ compression, direction/rotation – which are core in creating movement and shapes.

Aided by ad hoc exercises, we will cover these concepts by revisiting basic figures, expanding on those, and learning more complex moves. We will, as part of this course, be visiting the famous Swing Out.
