Join Jeff and Cat for a lesson or two in Swing Dancing. What is Swing Dancing? It’s a collection of dances from the 1920s-1940s including Lindy hop and Charleston. Read more about it here.
Level 1 – Absolute beginners class | 7pm – 8pm
Level 1 is a fun and friendly class for total beginners. Meet new people, have lots of fun and learn how to dance to awesome jazz music! Our classes are drop in which means no need to book in advance and no partner required — just come along when it suits you!
Level 1.5 – Improvers class | 8pm – 9pm
You have learned some basic moves, but seek a deeper understanding of style and technique. This class will improve your fundamentals in swing.
Level 3 – Advanced class | 9pm – 10pm
You’ve been dancing at least 1 year, are visiting social dances and are feeling confident in your footwork and moves so far. You want to gain skills, increase your technique, build creative move combinations and increase your musicality on the dance floor. Great for those who want more confidence before heading to advance classes, or those who want to be pushed.
