This workshop will be full of ideas and movements we wish we had come across sooner. It is for Lindy hoppers who have been social dancing for a while and want to level up their social dancing skills. We will be exploring how to add contrast and different dynamics to your dancing.

 

What can I expect?
We will give you practical examples to both leads and follows, we will have you dancing loads and get the brains pumping. Our aim to to send you off with material to use immediately and ideas for you to develop.

Followers can expect a focus on styling, choices, and variations. We will be learning and talking about how to contribute to the social dance.

Leaders can expect to learn interesting shapes and figures to help create contrast with the moves you already have in your toolkit.

We will cover how to dance using only triples, introduce ballrooms into your Lindy Hop, and how drags and flicks can elevate your dancing.
