Performance Ball 2019: Note to Performers

Hello Performers!

The Performance Ball 2019 is fast approaching and we are EXCITED! Just a few things that all performers need to know:

Dressing Rooms
The capacity limit is 100 people at any one time as it affects the theatre’s insurance and may close down the event if we exceed that limit. There are a number of different dressing rooms and all of them are unisex.  Please note, there is no cloakroom and we cannot be responsible for any property left in these areas.  We’ll be clearing and locking the dressing rooms from 1am so do collect all your items before that time.  Please make sure you change as quickly as possible so that everyone can access the dressing rooms and we don’t go over the limit.

The performer discount is available online only – ask your teacher for the code.  On the door ALL tickets are £30 (cash only). Please book sooner rather than later as we have a smaller capacity this year. Online ticket sales are open until the 2pm Saturday 9th November.

The venue has a bar and water will be available.  Please don’t bring your own drinks into the theatre.

Performance Times
This is a guideline only: we’ll try and stick to this as far as possible on the night but we can’t promise it’ll be exact.  Listen out to Scott on the night.
