Learn the Trickeration!

Join us to learn one of the more challenging but, we think, most rewarding solo jazz routines. Expect lush rhythms and fancy footwork which will lift your dancing to the next level.

 

The Trickeration was choreographed by the incredible Norma Miller. Legend has it that she used it as an audition piece – if you couldn’t keep up, you were out. We’ll be taking a more easygoing approach though, breaking down the steps in detail and working on core solo jazz skills on the way.

 

The class is drop-in, so you can come for all three for the full magic, but if you miss a week it’s ok! And if you want a little warm up, we’ll be working on some useful skills in our 8.15pm level 2 classes, including spins, musicality and, of course, working trickeration steps in your partnered dancing.
