Teacher Training and Development with Swing Patrol

Our students are central to why we do what we do and we get so much satisfaction in spreading joy through swing dance. Swing Patrol as a community is constantly striving to improve the experience we provide for our students, through the training that we provide for our team.

Last Sunday, Rupert, our amazing Brixton teacher held a workshop for our wonderful teaching team. Rupert has been behind the growth of not just one, but two large and successful venues. The workshop was about how to successfully grow a dance community.

We discussed lots of things including what makes a great teacher, how to approach your own venue and what elements we need to create a great class for our students.

We thank Rupert and everyone who came along to the day : )
