Join Brian and Holly for a lesson or two in Swing Dancing. What is Swing Dancing? It’s a collection of dances from the 1920s-1940s including Lindy hop and Charleston. Read more about it here.

Classes

Level 1 – Absolute beginners class | 7.00pm – 8.00pm
These classes are for new dancers and there is no experience required. We go over the basics every week and then throw in some new moves to get you dancing in no time. This class is drop-in, so you don’t need to book in advance and you don’t need to bring a partner.

Social Dance Break | 8.00pm – 8.15pm

Level 1.5 – Improvers class | 8.15pm – 9.15pm
Interested in taking it that step further? If you were comfortable in the first level 1 class, then we encourage you to stick around. This class will generally build from the footwork learnt in the Level 1 class from the same evening. This class will support the development of your leading and following skills, social dancing as well as your own personal creativity.

Social Dance – Harringay Hop: Practise-Friendly Social | 9.15pm – 10.45pm
