We will always start at the beginning, but as the class progresses we will move onto more challenging steps. 8:30pm-9:30pm: Level 2 Class – Technique, concepts and tools to enhance your solo dancing.
Usually, we will be working with tools for improvisation, technical exercises and new ideas for solo dance.
(Attendance of class 1 or prior knowledge of authentic jazz/Charleston movement recommended)
The classes do stand alone, but they always flow together if you decide to do both. They’re also drop-in, so no need to book in advance — just turn up when it suits you!

A note from one of our students…
I’ve been going to Cat’s classes since they were at Victoria Park and they are an absolute highlight of the week for me. As I’m sure you already know(!), Cat’s an incredible teacher–the group is often quite mixed level and she always makes sure that everyone is learning really useful things no matter how experienced they are. I feel like her classes have pushed and improved my solo dancing, and dancing in general, an incredible amount. I’m so glad we have these classes in London and that we have someone as great as Cat teaching them 🙂 Love solo!
