Sly Blue Manifesto!

Sly Blue is a New York based band with a New Orleans flare that excels at bringing life to any party, venue, and club. Whenever people hear our sound, whether they are young or old, they are drawn in and leave with a smile on their faces.

Our goal is to keep the tradition of this classic American art alive. Although much of the music we play was written close to a century ago, the words and melodies are still relevant in this day and age. The beauty of the style is pristine and necessary in this time especially, which is why we also arrange more contemporary songs and our own to fit into the style.

In this day and age of Ipods and DJs, we cannot stress more the necessity and importance of live music. There is no replacement for a group of people making music together. Our love of performing is translated through our instruments and results in a most joyful and happy experience by all.

Doors open at 7pm and we dance until 11.00pm

Lesson:  We offer a taster lesson at 7:15pm for all new dancers.
Open to everyone and included in entry price.

The Book Club has a great downstairs space where you can dance all night or chill out and chat.  No booking needed for the social dancing, just turn up on the night!
